Order Policy

At Ark Clo Korean Style, we aim to provide a reliable, transparent, and convenient shopping experience for customers across  Malaysia. Please review the following policies before placing an order.

• Order Confirmation: Please place an order only when you are fully confident about purchasing the product. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before shipment.
• Payment Policy: No advance payment is required for standard Cash on Delivery orders unless otherwise specified.
• Delivery: We provide home delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, holidays, and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure that product photos, descriptions, sizes, and details are accurate. Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Return at Delivery: If the product matches the description and images but you choose not to accept it, the applicable courier charge  must be paid to the delivery person before returning the parcel.
• Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Ark Clo Customer Support as soon as possible with clear photos or videos so that we can review the issue.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability, condition, and our applicable exchange terms. Items should remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags.
• Order Cancellation: Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already been handed over to the courier may not be eligible for free cancellation.
• False or Unnecessary Orders: Please avoid placing fake or unnecessary orders, as they create additional delivery and operational costs.
• Privacy & Security: Customer information such as contact details, delivery information, and relevant technical information may be processed or logged where necessary for order fulfillment, security, fraud prevention, and customer support.
